We custom design our products to bring you the best quality around. Our materials are hand picked for the best shine, color and effect on your special day. Our satin sashes are 7", an inch wider than our competitors -- this on its own is a real world difference in appearance. Our chair covers are engineered to fit and cover most chair covers completely without exposing the chair's feet. Quality and customer satisfaction are our priority and our feedback shows that!
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada, United States and many other countries. If your country is not listed you can contact us. We ship using UPS and Canada Post. If you require an alternative service, please contact us. If you would like to get a shipping quote, just add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and click "cart", then follow the directions in the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" section below the cart contents listing.
Orders to Canada will NOT pay any duties or import fees as we will ship direct from Canada. Canadian orders over $100.00 will ship for free!
Returns & Replacements
Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Please note that you must contact customer support to receive a return authorization before it will be accepted.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as it arrives and ships.
Hold Policy
In order to place any item(s) on hold we require at least a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. You will need to contact us to arrange a hold.

Although we do our best to ship orders on the same day, please allow 1 business day handling time.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as it arrives and ships. If a pre-order date of availability changes, we will notify you.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments via credit cards such as VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. For Canadian and USA customers we can accept Money Orders. Please note that US money orders must be of the International type (usually pink color).
